Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vouchpop (vouchpop.com, the “Service”), a testimonial collection and display service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you or your customers submit through the Service, including testimonial text, photos, and videos (“Content”). You grant Vouchpop a limited license to host, process (including automatic captioning), and display Content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and display testimonials from your customers, and that Content does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove Content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish fake or misleading testimonials, impersonate others, send spam, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

The Service offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription (monthly or annual). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record; their terms also apply to purchases.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review refund requests in good faith.

Founding member pricing: from time to time we offer a discounted “founding member” rate to a limited number of early subscribers. This rate applies only while your subscription stays continuously active. If you cancel, let your subscription lapse, or a payment fails and the subscription ends, the founding rate is forfeited, and resubscribing later is billed at the then-current standard price. Founding pricing is limited in quantity and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vouchpop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your widgets stop serving and your data is deleted within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing language

These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for your convenience only. In case of any discrepancy or conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version prevails.
